I am getting married and have a budget of $600 for champagne. What would be a good brand and how many bottles do I need for the toast?

$600 is a great budget for bubbles. Since there are 24 ounces per bottle, one case of bubbly usually yields about 96 pours. That is eight 3 ounce pours per bottle for a toast. As far as serving it other than the toast, that is up to you.
